Right now it's the best 5 week advance since we started doing the 2 day taping weekends. I'm determined to fill the building. Well, last taping was off the chain good (featuring newer faces stepping up big), Tomoka's leaving, Havok's not leaving (and wants to kill Portia), and Tomoka leaving puts the tag titles in flux. You're pretty much firing on all cylinders. If there's perhaps a tournament-ish plan for the tag titles, releasing limited details of that might be something to put it over the top. |

Love that KLR is back. With Havok confirmed, that also eased the fears I had about KLR not being there.

I'm just saying that some idea of what to expect with the tag title matches might entice on-the-fencers. |

As I said there should be some sort of storyline explanation of the reason why Melissa is now on her own where Melissa does a promo of sorts, either on the SHIMMERTron or in ring. |

I don't see why having to explain where Mercedes went is such a critical detail about Melissa defending the singles' title against non-LuFisto opponents, but YMMV.

Now MM is out for awhile. IMO If she's coming back, something can be mentioned, either some shot taken or even Melissa defending her friend saying "She doesn't feel like you losers are worthy of her presence." If she's not coming back at all, then no mention is necessary, can just take the old School WWF way of "if they're gone, it's like they never existed" and with MM being one to not leave anything out there, it's easy for her to just disappear. |

When you say "retire" you kinda throw that "maaaaan why couldn't she wrestle 1 more time for us?" vibe to the fans Regardless if she's heel or baby. That's something that should be cautiously used. Also a sense of jealously towards Canada and even Australia as her last US match was SHINE 18 w/Deeb, She had a series of matches in Australia for Mana in May and then dropping the NCW-FF title last month. So unless you had the ability to go to canada (or obviously live in Canada), you didn't get to be there live for the moment just in case it was her last. Like I said I hope it's the latter more than the former because the way I see it, certain workers shouldn't just disappear and reinforce the "what have you done for me lately" way of the business when one thing goes and another thing replaces it to the point the old thing is just the past. Like Mercedes goes, we now have Ivelisse & La Rosa Negra as Boricua Wrestlers to focus on, and the cycle continues. And it applies to anything, not just the "Captain obvious" groupings. |
