The show will conclude by 8pm. We're not going to keep people in the building for longer than six hours once the show starts. We're starting two hours earlier to give as many people as possible ample time to get home and sleep before heading to work/school on Monday morning.
For those staying in town Sunday night after the show is over, we will have our usual after party at Michael Anthony's Restaurant & Bar (6434 Ogden Avenue) in Berwyn beginning at 8:30pm.

Unfortunately, it is highly unlikely I can make the date. I just moved to the West coast and probably won't be free to make the trip, which is sad, as I haven't missed since the third taping. For those of you thinking of going to see the tag belts decided, all I can say is do it and lucky you. Ain't nothing like Shimmer live.

It's not going to be a single elimination tournament to crown the first SHIMMER Tag Team Champions. Rather than put seven tag team matches on a single DVD release, or have to split a tournament up across two different DVD releases, we've decided to go a different route to determine the first title holders, and have it all happen on one single DVD.
The answer is, we will have a tag team gauntlet on Volume 21. Each team will draw a number. Teams #1 and #2 will face each other to start off, with the winners of that pairing to immediately face the team which drew #3, and so on. The team which is victorious during the final pairing in the gauntlet will be crowned the first SHIMMER Tag Team Champions.
This is an easy way to determine the initial title holders, and get it all accomplished in one shot on a single DVD, while at the same time not occupying that entire DVD's card with tag team matches.

Dave, I do believe your brilliance knows no bounds. That is a totally boss way to decide the first set of tag champs. Especially since we've not yet had a gauntlet match in Shimmer.

So I've delegated, and I'm in.
From what seemed like an impossible situation last week, freaky is back in the saddle [/lesnar].

Forgive me if this was explained, but what is difference between a regular post and private message?

If you click on a person's name to the left of one of their posts, it takes you to their profile page. From there click "Send Personal Message." If you receive a PM you get a notification at the top of the forum page (you may be notified by e-mail too) and you can see the message in your private inbox.

Forgive me if this was explained, but what is difference between a regular post and private message? A regular post is making a public post on the board that everyone can see. A private message is basically like an email. Whoever you want to write to you click on their username. Once you get to there profile, at the top it should say something along the lines of "Send personal message". Click that and you got yourself a private message. EDIT: Nevermind Jon beat me to it lol

Basically similar to the tag team tourmoil match seen every now and then in WWE.

Interesting...so the first holders could potentially just get a lucky draw and beat a team that has been worn down...I wonder if the new champs will have to defend on vol.22. with the Gaunlent...literally any Team could win and as such I love the idea.

Dave, will you post any or all of the teams or is it a "Wait and see" kinda thing? I prefer the element of surprise myself (although it's probably easier to figure out a couple of them since this has been building for a while).

We're not going to formally announce the teams. But anyone who watches the DVDs should basically be able to predict which teams will be part of it.
