We're working on details with a Chicago area promotion to possibly feature some of the SHIMMER women on an event the night before our taping (Saturday, Oct. 18th). We'll make an announcement as soon as anything is definite concerning that.
Those wondering why we opted to go with a Sunday, and October 19th at that, just needs to take a brief look at the many pro wrestling and MMA events taking place during the rest of the month to see that... Oct. 19th was quite simply the only logical date to go with.

prowrestlingevents.tk/A quick check shows that IWA:MS in Joilet and PCW in Midlothian are running the 18th. The best bet would be the former, especially since they book SHIMMER stars all the time, including Del Rey, the Haze, and Daffney. But obviously let's give things a few weeks just to see what comes up. Also, for all we know, those three have bookings on the 18th and are the reason for the Sunday taping. Tis a shame that the front row price didn't decrease, but that's the economy for you. It's still the best value for an indy show.

I just hope being that its a Sunday and an earlier start time that maybe Dave wont be in such a hurry to cut the intermission as short as last times? Hint hint.

I just hope being that its a Sunday and an earlier start time that maybe Dave wont be in such a hurry to cut the intermission as short as last times? Hint hint. Actually, he mentioned in a post after the 17/18 tapings that the intermission at 19/20 would be shorter so that fans wouldn't have to be at the Eagles' Club for such a ridonkulous amount of time. I doubt the earlier start time will have any effect on the intermission length. I'm personally trying to figure out whether I want to come up for this set or not. I'm not in a position where I can take off work to go see a wrestling show, which means that if I wanted to attend I'd have to drive three hours back to my apartment immediately after the tapings end so that I can get in to the office on Monday morning. I might do it, and I might not. I have a feeling that I won't have a decision made until sometime around 7:55 PM CST on Monday night.
