Keep up the good work pkpunk, and you could ask one of the guys here with encyclopedic SHIMMER knowledge to read over your pieces before you put them up.

Don't call yourself a moron. If you are unsure of something, ask someone. Nobody here is going to bite your head off. We're all here, as you said, to support and promote SHIMMER. In 2007, I did an audio documentary on SHIMMER and the upcoming title tournament. I had a creative direction of what I wanted to do with it, but had no idea how to do the execution. So I talked to a couple of people who knew how to do the audio execution side of it. I also talked to people on the wrestling side of it to figure out the content. What I ended up with was something that, to this day, I consider to be an achievement of my "career." Ask man. It's the only way you'll learn. People here will help you. PS. Here's the link to that documentary if you're interested. novusradio.squarespace.com/dnk/2012/10/9/shimmer-womens-athletes-a-diamond-in-the-rough.html

I take no blame for this being late... anyway. We begin our week of matches with a classic from the debut show between two of the best female wrestlers in the world. One would go on to hold the WSU title for multiple years, and the other would become the first ever SHIMMER champion. Read a tale of a back and forth clash that would leave the crowd wanting more when they were finished... even if it meant having unfinished business... www.prowrestlingpowerhouse.com/shimmer-top-10-nominee-match-1-mercedes-martinez-vs-sara-del-rey/btw, this article is also proof I should never trust anyone with other stuff. I knew I wouldn't be home on fridya to post this, so I left the article to the OWNER OF THE WEBSITE, asking him to post it, and he forgot. So, you guys get double duty from me tonight. I'll post the other one later on.

You said there was a match for the tag team championship in there, but there wasn't!
Pretty good list. MsChif vs Kong is still number 1 for me. I didn't love Hamada/Rey as much as everyone and still maintain Haze/Knox was better than Melissa/MsChif and you could say the same for Haze/Lacey over Del Rey/Mercedes though the draw did put Shimmer on the map. For what it's worth here's a breakdown of who had the most matches in the top 11:
Madison Eagles- 4 Del Rey- 3 Melissa- 3 Hamada- 3 MsChif- 2 Ayumi- 2 Deeb- 2 McKay- 2 Haze- 1 Tomoka- 1 Kong- 1 Mercedes- 1 Matthews- 1 Britani- 1 Saraya- 1

^ Y'know the thing about that Kong v.s. MsChif match for me was that it was so one-sided.
I take nothing away from Kong and her abilities, but to me that match was all about MsChif and how tough she is, and how tenacious she is.
It was a great match, but I felt that it wasn't a rollercoaster ride like Del Rey v.s. Hamada, or Mellisa v.s. MsChif.
Just my 2 cents paid in a dime.

I made the mistake of thinking one of the matches was for the tag titles. It's already been edited. Don't know what I was thinking. Was kinda falling asleep when I posted this.

Never once to mince words, she has set the Berwyn Eagle's Club on fire with her tenacity and ability to simply win. As one half of the two time SHIMMER Tag Team Champions, she is best known for being a tag wrestler. But, don't let that fool you, she can also get it done in a singles role. Nominee #1... is right in that link... www.prowrestlingpowerhouse.com/shimmer-top-wrestler-nominee-1/

Hamada isn't Joshi4Hope. She did do one show for them, but isn't under their umbrella.

I just made a bit of an executive decision about the remaining articles...
I will forego the Tuesday article that would've been the final featured wrestler. However, to make up for that, I will be posting the final SHIMMER wrestler list on Wednesday!! I will admit, this is partially due to school, and I'm already in talks of getting an internship with Fox Chicago, along with getting my own internet radio show, and needing to plan that stuff out. Also, I have not started packing for SHIMMER yet, and pshing everything up a day will allow me that extra day to pack, which, for me, is a large job to pull off.
However, this will also grant me an extra day to write the final list, and help make it the best list written, along with making me sound like I actually know what I'm talking about.
If anyone is upset by this (although I doubt it), I do greatly apologize.
