Edit: Massive respect to the champ if she's reading this, of course!Btw, I saw the guy next to me buying this volume:  I really enjoyed that one. After seeing 1-6 earlier in 2011, I got this one to see "how they are doing now," and I was blown away. In fact, it's because of this volume that I went to my first live show last year. Now that I've seen the rest of that taping weekend, I'd say it was defiantly the standout disc. So dude, whoever you are, I think if you're not now, you'll be a fan for the long haul. Great cover, too! |

were there other wrestlers at the tapings that werent actualy wrestling? i couldve sworn i saw cat power selling merch but she was never announced to be there. maybe intermission craziness caused hallucinations ? lol

Cat Power was very much there. Kellie Skater signed an 8x10 for me on her head.
At one point Joey pointed her out and said she just kind of shows up and then asked why she was there ;D

When Joey said she was there, he also said she was retired. That's a shame, as I really enjoyed watching her work.

Looks like I missed Ms. Power's entire career and her guest appearance. Shame! But it's cool that she shows up anyway, especially in all that madness.
Have there been any special guests besides her and Molly Holly (back 5/21/06 before I discovered Shimmer)?

That flozone guy wasnt there either, which meant I had an empty seat next to me the entire weekend. Poor guy got scared off I guess.

Maria Kanellis and CM Punk at vol 5 & 6. A lot of male wrestlers have always been spotted on camera; Nigel McGuinness, Trik Davis etc lots of ROH guys. In an interview, Allysin Kay said she went to vol 23-26, not as a wrestler but as a fan which I thought was pretty cool. |
