So...
*Close loss to a top contender *Win over a top contender, with help *Unconvincing win over a rookie *Beaten in a challenge for the tag titles (albeit not pinned)
Yup, attacking the new champion was probably Nicole's best way of getting a title shot.

Oh come on, not this again ...
Before Madison became champ she had one win over Sassy Stephie, and then cheated to win a #1 contender match
MsChif was on the winning part of a tag team, and not even the one who got the pin before challenging Del Ray
Lacey never had the winning record but went to the finals and challenged for the title several times
Jetta won a battle royal by just happening to be the last person in the ring
etc ...

Title shots and determining participants in contendership bouts have had a pattern of having seemingly no rhyme or reason during the entire run of our most beloved promotion, and yet has there been a truly unwatchable title match on a DVD? Even the two that people might bring up, Jetta and Ariel's respective matches against Chif weren't bad by any means, despite being completely unexpected considering their usual place on the card. So why is it always an issue?

Exactly, what would Shimmer be if we just had Del Ray fighting for the title every taping?
WWE, that's what.
I like variety in the title scene

The PWWA match gave me a new name for her. Canada.
Yep, forget being a Canadian Ninja. Nicole is now awesome enough, she's the entire country.

Pretty sure a close loss to a top contender and a win over a top contender, with help, are pretty big achievements for Nicole Mathews.
And fairly certain she had a decent-to-good match with Davina Rose, who by the way did really well despite being 0-4 the entire weekend.

Pretty impressive editing on the poster there, if I do say so myself.
Was photoshop used to do that or illustrator? Either way, it looks really good to match the theme.

No Photoshopping was done. They just had a full-on fist-fight then went to have their pictures taken.

I imagined Nicole and KC as the Hanson Brothers fighting before the national anthem with that post.

Diva Dirt somehow let her have an hour or so of free time. Uh oh.

You don't get title shots by beating someone up. You get them by winning. You lost your last title match, and you lost your most recent match. No way are you next in line. Got it, Nicole? ....I am so dead.
