Yes - I kind of figured the rest of your post was hung on that point - which is why I didn't bother to address it. If I were into hair shearing enough to know about its doubtless glorious and deeply moving history then pretty obviously we wouldn't have this disagreement. Just as, to belabour the obvious, if you hated the idea as much as I do then you wouldn't be asking me if I'd devoted any time whatsoever to watching it.

Meanwhile please don't tell me what terms I should or shouldn't be throwing around.
