If you take an "us versus them" mentality and begin screaming back, it's got the potential to turn in to two groups of idiots yelling back and forth at one another instead of one group of idiots yelling at the wrestlers. It's also got the potential for a terrible t-shirt. |

Unfortunately, this isn't the first time there were drunks in the crowd as there were also a few back on Vol. 11. (That was one of the topics of the 6/1/07 & 6/2/07 results thread.)

It gives drunks a bad name when those tools are referred to as drunks. I'm sure the tools have the same winning personalities all day long, whether at Shimmer or a church BBQ.

To be totally honest, I'm not even sure this particular group WAS drunk! I truly just believe they got a thrill out of getting themselves over at the expense of Death Rey & Danger.

And you can say, they're indy wrestlers and can take it or it didn't go far enough but when you stop and consider one thing. When Allison Danger, a babyface who's partner is getting beat up in the ring, stops looking for the tag and focuses all her attention on these morons, climbs the ropes and YELLS at them, totally ignoring the ring then THAT'S when it's gone too far. You can say all you want about heel heat and the heel fighting back and all that stuff but this was very different. I really wonder how Dave can "cover" this or explain it during the dvd but at the same time i really hope he has something that can silence all the comments throughout the night without ruining the atmosphere of the soundtrack. Because, I mean, they were RIGHT in front of the hardcam so it HAD to pick it up. Maybe another option in addition to us fans shouting them down would have been the cameraguy or someone in that area fetching Dave and being like "Uh, we may have an issue here".

rik where were they sitting OK, you know where you were sitting? To your left is the hardcam side, right? These people took up most of the 2nd row and bits and pieces of the front row. Like if you remember, when Sara was torturing Ariel (or it could have been Serena...not sure now) and dragged her over to the ropes and said "This is for you Mohawk!", that was a direct shot on the ringleader. |

here is my take on those rude fans,
1- shimmer is family friendly, children and familys are attending
shimmer, and should not have to hear the stuff that they said
2-dave and allison should not sell them tickets again, if they knew who they were,
3-the shimmer security should run them out as soon as they start there cat calls not wait for intermission, that may seam harsh but please lets keep shimmer family friendly

But, to play devil's advocate, I suppose Danger COULD have had the power to have them ejected just by going to the back and saying "Dave, get rid of them" but she didn't so maybe she's okay with the harassment?
I wouldn't think so though but what do I know?
