It will be another AAWSHIM weekend, with AAW on April 11. Keep an eye out for the onsale, because if their recent events is any indication, Front Row will go quick!

Yep, AAW is getting to the point that front row is selling out well in advance.
Also, with the new ticket arrangement for the SHIMMER events this time in Berwyn, even if you're only planning to get second row or general admission, you might want to keep your eyes on the web site on the evening of January 12th to see how long they last. We'll be putting tickets in all three price ranges on sale that night, beginning at 7pm Eastern.
Tickets will be...
First Row Reserved: $80 per day
Second Row Reserved: $40 per day
General Admission: $20 per day
There will be 67 first row seats, like always. I plan on investigating the setup in person at AAW later this month to see how many second row seats should be offered (there is typically more chairs per row in the second and third rows due to a few more chairs on the end of each row). Second row will likely be in the 67-70 seat range. Finally, we will only offer 100 of the $20 general admission tickets per day. Obviously, once the maximum number of tickets in a particular price range is reached, that area will no longer be available. This could mean the building will sell out sooner than usual, with such a limited number of seats in each price range. Be sure to purchase tickets in your desired seating area when they go on sale to guarantee you will be able to sit where you wish come April.

I like the 7pm eastern selling time, that's midnight here in the UK, much better than 2am that's happened a couple of times in the past. I'll definitely be up, as that should be when the last NFL Playoff game that weekend is finishing up.

WWN followed through on their promise to get people stuff they had ordered from them by Christmas. I received my front-row seats today for Evolve, DGUSA and Shimmer's shows in New Orleans. Happy holidays indeed!

Here's the seating structure we're going with for the April 12th & 13th weekend.
First Row Reserved: $80 per day (67 seats available)
Second Row Reserved: $40 per day (67 seats available)
General Admission: $20 per day (111 seats available)
Though the AAW setup (and our typical SHIMMER setup) does usually include more chairs in the second and third rows than first row due to the angled guardrails by the curtain, it will be much easier to simply number the second row seats exactly the same way we've been numbering the first row seats. There will just be a bit more space between the chairs in the second row. Section A (facing the bar) is 1-20, Section B (facing the stage) is 21-35, Section C (facing the windows) is 36-55, Section D (below the stage) is 56-67. All tickets will go on sale on Sunday, January 12th at 7pm Eastern time.

Sadly I'm not going to be able to make this set of tapings due to work and April the 12th being a little too close to the tax year cut-off, so I'm very jealous of you all! Hopefully I'll see you all in autumn though.

Pleased to find out that I'll be back home from this in plenty of time to work on my assignment at the time. 16 Carat (my first overseas trip of 2014) does affect the first one, but I'm planning to start off super fast so I'm done before then.
