I've just watched the DVD and, as always, there are a lot of good matches. I wasn't really impressed by Sweet Cherrie in the past, but she looked pretty capable in the main event here. So maybe she can fill the gap Kalamity left.
However, a big problem in NCW-FF are the overbooked finishes and the many matches ending without a winner. You never know if and when there will be a rematch (a broken collarbone can get in the way, for example), and with just 3 or 4 shows per year, there is no need to stretch a feud - unless you do it to give the fans more than one good match.
I hope Kira vs Portia at the next show will be really good, since this feud was nothing but a huge disappointment so far. The idea may be to make the people angry at Portia (the heel), but I'm just angry at the booker. Kira is one of the fine talents we only see on NCW-FF, so it would be great to give her the opportunity to show her skills against different guest wrestlers, instead of just standing in the ring befuddled when Portia Perez walks out.
Maybe I'm spoiled by SHIMMER, but when I see a match announced, I expect a match, not just an angle. Saraya Knight vs Mary Lee Rose a couple of events back is a good example: It was one of the matches I was looking forward to the most, hoping for Saraya bringing the best out of Mary (just as Mercedes did with Cherrie this time), and they simply sacrificed it for the main storyline.
I don't want to sound too negative, since most about NCW-FF is really good, but one more thing: Shouldn't the announcer wait until the referee talked to him, before calling "double DQ"? It could have been a DQ for only one or a "no contest" too.

Thanks for your feedback.
Sweet Cherrie got up a level that show.
For the storylines and everything else, it's all personnal I assume since I'm receiving the exact opposite as what you are saying as feedbacks from lots of fans, so it's mostly a question of what you prefer in wrestling. We are trying to find a good balance between wrestling and storyline and we feel positive that we are on the good way to do it, but we for sure love to have feedbacks from everybody... As we know, John Cena is the best wrestler for lots of people, but is the worst for others...
