I'm guessing SMT and KLR fill out the other two spots in the bracket. Perhaps. But I'd have thought Erin would be involved in the tournament. And then there's Holly R's (sort of) Eve debut too. And with both Blossoms in the same tournament bracket, we could even see them facing each other in the semi-final.

Erin is on a tour of India with Australia's Niki Nitro. Man. No Erin and no Shanna. Still, I guess with the tourney, the title match, and three debuting talents, it's going to be a pretty full card anyway so using everyone would have been difficult. Although, presumably Shanna was originally booked before her injury.

themib called it with the last two spots in the tourney, with Kay facing Jacobs and Taylor up against Holly B.
So, in an ideal scenario, KLR will at least progress to the semi cos lord knows that woman deserves a win in Eve by this stage. And I'm still hopeful (but realistically doubtful) that she'll face Rhia in that semi-final.
On the other side, we have the potential Blossom vs Blossom semi-final, but you've really gotta expect to see Nikki make it to the final - Which could mean going past both Blossoms to get there (if Holly beats SMT).
So, my dream final would be Storm vs O'Reilly. The likely final is Storm vs Davids. If it's the former, I'll be rooting for the latter. And if it's the latter, I'm rooting for the former. Simples. ;D

This is a really hard one if you want it to make sense. On one hand I can't see Rhia beating April Davids in an even remotely convincing fashion, but really I can't see the logic in making Rhia with all her charisma and marketability continue to job and doing it in the first fight. Focusing solely on the merits of the performers however, Davids is however a MUCH more accomplished and credible wrestler than O'Reilly and if this challenge is going to mean something EVE will have to end their tournament with a spectacular match. So my guess would be O'Reilly getting some sort of questionable victory over Davids and then losing to Kay Lee Ray who goes on to meet Nikki Storm in the final match...

Focusing solely on the merits of the performers however, Davids is however a MUCH more accomplished and credible wrestler than O'Reilly... D'you really think so? I don't see it meself. Yes, April's matches are consistently intense and hard-hitting, clearly similar in style to those of Jenny S - But I don't think I'd rate her as a significantly better wrestler than Rhia, and certainly not more 'credible'. And to be fair to Rhia, it's obviously harder to be seen as 'credible', at least in a kayfabe sense of the word, when you're consistently jobbing on the undercard. I guess I'm just more of an old school wrestling fan and for me that's as much about being entertaining as it is being a skilled in-ring performer. And even if I did believe that Davids was a better wrestler technically, I'd still maintain that in terms of the overall package, which for me is as much about charisma and character as it is about how you perform in the ring, then Rhia edges it. And I don't think it'd be a major shock if Rhia beat Davids clean. Not in the context of the individual match, at least. I'd be surprised in so much as I expect Davids to reach the final (simply based on previous shows), but the result itself wouldn't be especially unconvincing.

Dann confirmed all the outstanding DVDs (including last year's Sudbury show) will be on sale at the show, and then online shortly afterwards. The iPPV will be on sale on DVD very quickly as well.

All, as in all? So all three Eve vs Ice Ribbon shows too? I better bring some extra pocket money then, eh!

I think for the goodness of the promotion, they need to have Jenny go over clean. I wouldn't necessarily be expecting Alpha to tap-out, but they need to show that she is in fact beatable.
I'd hazard Nikki Storm is winning the tournament. She's the only other person at the minute who probably deserves a title shot, regardless of this tourney, and her bragging about it would be quite fun as she's quite good at getting the crowd riled up. I think a dark horse would be Kay Lee Ray who is really quite promising and the win would be a good chance to boost somebody a bit higher up the card.
Apparently there were meant to be Tag Titles unveiled this weekend, which I'm guessing is primarily why the Blossoms were there. Although with the delay, I think it helps EVE get together a couple more established teams in order. I mean you've only really got the Glamour Gym at the moment. I suppose there is the duo of Jenny & April, but the former is obviously the singles champion.
Oh and a speedy & full recovery to Shanna, she is just terrific and will unfortunately be a loss to the show.

I'm going to try and order this over at Diva Dirt. I've never seen anything from the promotion before although I have read good things about them. It will be my 1st time ordering an internet PPV as well. Looking forward to seeing a lot of new faces (they will pretty much all be new to me) and hopefully some great female wrestrling action as well.

sadly the iPPV is completely unwatchable for me. Freezes every 30 seconds and you need to restart the whole log in each time. Hope it is better for other people. No idea who has won the opening matches. Just going to keep it going for the main event, maybe it will be possible to watch a re-run of the event later on. Very disappointing but not unexpected with iPPV events
