From EVE's FB Page....Unfortunately @taylorwilde has had to reschedule her appearance at WrestleFever from our November 10 iPPV to our February 23rd 'Special Edition 2' event in Sudbury in Suffolk due situations beyond anyones control. Those who purchased tickets to see Taylor can of course have those tickets exchanged for our February 23rd event.

Emi Sakura is defending the JWP belt against Kay Lee Ray. Emi said she wanted to defend it at EVE so they're giving Ray the shot. This is a huge opportunity for KLR, should be a fantastic match!

STILL NOTHING FROM DANN READ AT EVE.
No response since my last forum post despite many pm's sent and emails,
Dann lied to me and his word is worth nothing.
No dvd's or no refund ..all I have had is lame excuses and lies from him.
They had £34.97 off me and all I get is 2 responses which turn out to be lies and bullshit.
stealing from customers and lying to them and failing to respond to messages all suggest a possible failing company with severe cash problems.
why no dvd...of their last event...?...no money to finance it maybe....but that leads to no income from dvd sales.
wrestling does not need dodgy promoters....it does not benefit decent promoters, wrestlers themselves or fans .
luckily we have 2 other all women promotions in the uk alone as well as being able to get dvd's etc from overseas..such as shimmer, wsu , femme fatales etc.

I hate to say it, but you probably aren't going to get your money back, and they probably aren't going to give you what you paid for either. The only real solution is to boycott the promotion. That's what I'm doing with SHINE, and WWNlive. In hoping that they piss enough people off and have to shut down. They deserve nothing less for ripping me off. Pricks.

^ I talked more extensively on the SHINE thread, but basically; I couldn't watch the on-demand version of SHINE 1 iPPV for more than 30 seconds at a time (on a normal, high-speed connection) and I wasn't happy with what I got for my $15.
I asked to exchange my on-demand purchase for a DVD, and I was willing to pay the shipping and handling and all that, but they told me no, and that I had to pay the extra ten dollars. That's a bunch of BS, and those pricks can suck it. They won't be getting another cent from me.

Latest update;
Hooray...!!! At last my dvd's have arrived.
also 2 extra dvd's were included and an ippv code.
So much happier now.
I would advise those at eve to improve communications and not state anything in private or other communications that they dont follow through with.

Pro Wrestling EVE are starting to release matches from past shows in a VOD format, beginning with matches from April 2011, which I believe is the earliest show they haven't released a DVD of yet.

Really looking forward to Sakura/KLR. Have a feeling this'll be the match that at the very least earns KLR a tour of Japan. She's had quite the year.

Good show so far, Sakura/KLR by far the best match on the show. The opener was really good as well, also enjoyed Angel/Fraser, and the Owens Twins looked really good in their match.
Nikki Storm suckered Alpha Female into a sneak attack, and hit her leg with a steel chair, so that main event will be very interesting later.

What happened to cause Glamour Gym vs Angelina Love and Erin Angel? Taylor interfered to get Jacob DQd, and then Angel ran out, and a tag match got made. We don't just have a new Pro Wresting EVE Champion... we have TWO. After an all out inhumane classic WAR, Nikki Storm made Alpha Female pass out to win the Pro Wrestling EVE Title... and then issued open challenges. After laying out Kirsty Love and April Davids, Emi Sakura then stepped up, the match got made, and Sakura made quick work of Storm, beating her for the title. Surely something fishy is up. |
