Saraya was hilarious at the afterparty. My friend was like "Please don't beat me up" and she was like "Oh I bet you'd like that" and did a spanking motion.

I find it humorous that despite having the roster updated to include The Knights, the Wikipedia entry for Shimmer still has The Canadian Ninjas listed as the current Shimmer Tag Team Champions and lists Mademoiselle Rochelle as the only manager currently employed by the company, keeping K-Nox down in the Alumni section. It is to laugh.

I spend my time focusing on the individual championship pages and as many bio pages as I can find reliable sources for. I forgot about the main page, my bad. Someone added The Knights to the roster page before they actually appeared, hence the lack of Knox and appearance of Rochelle.

I really did not know that you could change Wikipedia entries at will, and I've been going there for years. I feel dumb.

I really did not know that you could change Wikipedia entries at will, and I've been going there for years. I feel dumb. You can change them, but it's been my experience that the crew of "editors" of the wrestling pages (i.e. the people who spend way too much time there) have some very skewed views of what pro wrestling history should be and aren't interested in anything that doesn't fit into their existing framework. For example, I've seen several articles where they accept WWE's account of what has happened in wrestling history as true no matter how many unbiased sources exist pointing to the contrary occurring. Also, people like Dave Meltzer, who have covered the business for decades and have been recognized by legitimate associations of sports journalists for their excellent work doing so, are not considered to be a "credible source" by most of the wrestling wikipedians because of a supposed "bias" they claim these sources have against WWE. Don't even get me started on their insistence on keeping the 90,000 plus attendance figure up as the legit number for Wrestlemania III. Also, I don't really understand why, in 2011, when kayfabe is on life support, 99% of a wrestler's wikipedia page is a recap of what he or she has done in storylines as opposed to an actual biography of the person. You'd never see that in an actual encyclopedia, which is what wikipedia claims that it is trying to imitate. </rant>

IMHO the folks at PWInsiderelite.com I respect more than Meltzer, there have been times where Meltzer has said things that are speculated (Batista's injury in 09 and trying to link it to roids) plus I can't stand his Star rating deal, way too many people take that as gospel and I think that's a detriment at times, You can say some match was great but meltzer gives it 3 stars or Alvarez gives it "Minus Five Stars" doesn't mean you have to change your viewpoint because they say so. I'm someone who doesn't do star ratings anyways, If I credit a match it's not just the wrestling, but the purpose of the match and the affect it'll have for the time being with the talent.

Word I should never read in a SHIMMER thread: 'Batista.'
Anyway, I give Ayako vs Ayumi 17 stars.
