Injury grounds the CZW Iron-Man Champ
A shattered hand has done what governments and opponents could never do; put LuFisto on the disabled shelf for an indefinite period.
The CZW Ironman Champion injured her hand during the finals of the Stranglehold Deathmatch Tournament in Toronto , Oct 29th against hardcore legend the Necro Butcher. LuFisto landed a punch to Necro’s head with so much force that the bones in her hand shattered.
Although she battled through the immediate pain and anguish of the injury to win the match, medical experts have curtailed any future in-ring activities until her hand has healed. Section #8 of her hand is fractured.
Therefore, LuFisto has been forced to withdraw from all scheduled appearances so fans of GCW & Queens of Chaos will have to wait a little longer to see the First Lady of Hardcore in action.
No one is more disappointed than LuFisto herself. “My hand is a mess; the bones are shattered and I can do nothing with it.” Forced to remove herself from active competition for at least a month, the lady promises to return to action as soon as she receives medical clearance, hopefully for CZW Cage of Death event.
In the meantime, LuFisto will attend the ALF events and should be in Vanessa Kraven’s corner at IWA Mid-South, no-matter who she will be facing.
