No,front row for me that's for sure. For what it's worth, there's really not a bad seat in the house.

When I sat front row at a ChickFight event, Jetta was applying I think a strangehold on newcomer Becky James and saw me taking a picture and so stretched her further, turned her around to me a bit and said something like "smile" to her mockingly. Coincidentally this was one of the least focussed pictures I took that night.

I'm selling UFC 2009 on eBay - the profits from that will pay for the tickets. Plus, I got my Michael Jackson tickets refund yesterday, so my credit card now has just £2.07 on it. That means it's ready to pay for flights.

I think my job has this thing where you can borrow money and they just deduct it out of my pay check. I guess I will try to do that.

We just got word of a conflict, so I wanted to post about it right away, before anyone makes plans for the October dates we announced yesterday.
Since TNA is running house shows in the Chicago market the weekend of October 24th & 25th, they have informed us that their female talent is now unavailable to us for the duration of that weekend. Our shows would be directly competing with their events in the same region, so it would be counterproductive for them to book their talent out to other shows in Chicago.
We had been told that their talent was available for that weekend prior to booking the Berwyn venue for those dates, but that was an unintentional error on TNA's part. We're now in the process of looking into the possibility of switching our dates, but that depends on the Eagles Club's flexibility.
We're either going to have to run on those dates without any TNA talent, or switch our dates to an alternate weekend in that same general time frame. We hope to have a decision made during the next few days one way or the other, after discussing our options with both venue management as well as the TNA office concerning availability of the venue/talent on an alternate weekend.
We apologize for this mix-up, but will do our best to remedy the situation.

Just an update....
Saturdays in early November are a no-go with the venue, so we're looking at potentially switching it to just a Sunday in early November in order to keep the TNA talent on the show.
So obviously just two DVDs would be filmed on one day if that is the way things work out. We'll keep you all posted.

Just to add my two cents...
I'd rather go to a one day event on sunday with just two dvds filmed like other tapings in the past, rather than risking sales because of missing key talents.

That's a real shame not sure I could justify the expense for a single taping. Will just have to buy the DVDs as soon as they come out.

Does anyone but me find it funny that TNA would consider a small indy that runs 2-3 times a year and is happy if they draw 200 "competition," especially when they normally only book one Knockouts match per house show in the first place?
