Tough question, cause I love them all.
First, thanks for giving us the great shows and CD's. Hope your program keeps growing in popularity. WWE really sucks when compared to your program. Shimmer just needs more exposure to hit it big. Keep up the great programs!
My top ten are: 1. RAIN - She is just awesome in and out of the ring!! Beautiful woman with great wrestling ability and gives it all for the fans.
2. Nora - Don't know if she would consider it, but she is stunning beautiful. Would love to see her wrestle again and in a good forum like Shimmer where she can show her true ability.
3. Christie Ricci - The camera just really likes her, she always looks great on film.
4. Josie - Excellent new talent.
5. Melissa - Great talent and looks.
6. Nikki Roxx - She looks better every time I see her.
7. Amber O'Neal - She looks hot and she can wrestle too!
8. Lorelei Lee - Fresh new face and athletic ability.
9. MsChif - She is a lot prettier than she shows in her ring outfit.
10. Tiana Ringer - Great athletic ability and good looks.
Well there it is, just one fan's opinion. Thanks for asking. Jim

Malia Hosaka/Lorelai Lee match left me bored. Wasn't really impressed with either one and I could do without Lexi Fyfe as well.
However, it seems I'm at a disagreement with everyone else on Amber O'Neal and Tiana Ringer. I enjoy both of them and in all honesty, I find Amber more enjoyable than Krissy Vaine. I'm glad she's gone. I think this gives Amber a chance to shine.

First a few platitudes...and constructive criticism... 1) We needed this type of product 20 years ago. Maybe it existed, but it is finally accessible in the midwest and through DVD...better then anything else I have seen out there with consistent quality. 2) The overall talent pool is excellent. Most are very highly skilled and solid performers. We all have our favorites, but regardless of who is liked best for whatever reason, we are lucky. 3) I respect the WWE product set. However, Shimmer has very solid matches on par with the male product at WWE. Not every move is executed flawlessly, but there is a much higher degree of skill, difficulty, and creativity. What could be better, would be more well thought out story lines. 4) I would think that out of 24, somewhere between 8-12 should be consistently top of the card with the heaviest story line development and include a few headliners. There should be roughly 2-4 new faces rotated in on a trial basis for each taping at first, and once the roster is more stable that number could be reduced. The "middle ground" is where people could rotate in and out of..all solid performes and possible headliners...not a bad place to be, just not top of mind. 5) The company survives if people buy the product. We need to keep that in mind when selecting and marketing the headliners. Some may still say it is early, but there are already 3 released DVDs with 3 more in process and another taping identified in August. A brand identity is solidifying...high quality for sure, but it is hard to equate the brand at this point with 24 names...most people will remember 2-4, who are they? 6) How about a marketing survey at the shows or online polls? Have people rate on a scale of 1-10 or vote for top three...
TOP OF THE CARD Knox - Memorable Cheerleader Melissa - Memorable Nikki Roxx Amazing Kong - Memorable Daisy Haize Lacy - Annoying? But Memorable... MsChif - Big at the last taping...
KEEPERS Sara Del Rey Allison Danger Amber O'Neal Tiana Ringer Portia Perez Cindy Rodgers Malia Hosaka - Recognizable Veteran Lexie Fyfe - Recognizable Veteran Serena Deeb Mercedes Martinez - Bucks the Trend, But I Am Bored Rain - Bucks the Trend, But I Am Bored. Maybe more tag matches?
NOT THAT INTERESTING Lorelei Lee Ariel Josie Christie Ricci
FRESH FACES TO CONSIDER (HEARD OF THEM, DO NOT KNOW THEIR SKILLS)
Sweet Saraya Alexa Thatcher April Hunter Traci Brooks Vanessa Harding Danyah

I'd say more IWA-Midsouth ladies....Traci and Mickie Knuckles. They are familiar with most of the women, it'll be awesome to see them wrestling in SHIMMER. Especially Traci, with Bentley always whining, he is the reason she hasn't been seen in TNA recently.
I'd also kill to see Candice LeRae and Carla Jade in the next tapings.

Maybe it existed, but it is finally accessible in the midwest and through DVD...better then anything else I have seen out there with consistent quality. it did.. both WOW and GLOW were active promotions years ago. GLOW was one of the first, if not THE first women's wrestling company in America. I think what most of us are hoping for is SHIMMER doesn't become like the others.. Closed! But as SHIMMER's popularity grows, the chances of such an event begin to fade away. The only thing I see stunting SHIMMER's growth is the lack of written contracts and the loss of talent to WWE and possibly TNA down the line.

Lack of written contracts? Explain what you mean, do you mean exclusivity contracts, so they can't be signed away? If so, that's never going to happen. WWE and TNA are the only companies who do anything like that.

Wow... the reaction to Christie Ricci is really split. Personally, I'm a huge fan of her work, love her look and would love to see more of her in Shimmer.
One name as far as new talent I haven't seen so far... Sarah Stock. I was really impressed with her match with Allison in ROH back in late 2003. Not sure how it would jibe with her Mexico schedule, but she's quality and a match with anyone in the top tier of Shimmer would rule.

Do you honestly think GLOW and WOW were "quality womens wrestling products" in the U.S.? They were parodies of wrestling.

Sarah is currently unable to wrestle in the United States, and has built quite the career in Mexico during the past few years, wrestling now for CMLL. If and when it becomes possible for her to do so, there is a standing roster spot for her in SHIMMER.

I would love to see some new faces in Shimmer. But there are some ladies who I won't part with on a show.K-nox,Lacey,Cheerleader Melissa,Mschif,Daizee,Rain,Ariel,Tiana Ringer,Lexie,Mercedes Martinez,Nikki Roxx,Sara Del Ray.Who I would bring in ?Not sure but I think Dave has brought some ladies who know what they are doing.I would hate to select someone and then watch them have a bad match.Maybe some girls from Mexico.Princess Sugey.Dave has a rather hard decision.Good luck Dave.

Ok i am going to do this in 3's
Must haves: 1) Rebecca Knox: simply put the best all round female wrestler in the world today 2) Lacey: great wrestler, great heel, what shimmer needs 3) Daizee Haze: shows alot of personality and ability, always fun to watch
Would Like to see more of: 1) Ariel: due to the problems with volumes 3&4 have not seen as much as i would like hope to see her get a singles push in the midcard and put on some good matces as i know she can. 2) Rain: works so hard in the ring and has established a relationship with the fans a must for the mid card 3) Portia Perez: I am really looking forward to getting a better look at waht she can, so please dont sideline her for 7 & 8
Can put on the back burner: 1) Lexie Fyfe: ever present, not indispensible, i would be happy to see someone else get a chance to impress 2) Amber O'Neil: also ever present and although as a role to play, not needed for every taping. 3) Lorelei Lee: a capable enough performer but not a must see performer.
3 to bring in: 1) Lufisto: Like anyone else who has seen her will know she deserves to work for Shimmer she is that good. I saw her wrestle Rebecca Knox and it blew me away and i would pay to see her wrestle Cheerleader Melissa or Mischif! 2)Nattie Neidhart: a solid and versitile wrestler with personality would put on an entertaining match with Ariel, Rain, Alison Danger,Ms Chif, you name it. 3) Kassidy: a unique and entertaining style (jeff hardy meets the undertaker) would be a great addition to the midcard and would definately add character.
Dream Match: i do not know if it could ever be arranged but i would love to see Rebecca Knox vs Ayako Hamada it would just be amazing.
