All I gotta say is I hate Gail and TNA now w/ a ****ing passion. The only Shimmer girl this far even made to look remotely good is Kong. Rain got stuck as a woman who could only cat fight. Roxx gets shaved bald. Melissa gets stuck in a garb barely doing anything.

Most of the time in wrestling when someone loses a hair match, the underlying reason behind it is that person wanted to cut their hair short to begin with. How do you know it wasn't Roxxi's idea? |

Well I'm sure if she can win immunity then this match she has enough power in that division to keep it from being booked like ****. And I <3 Nikki's hair it's what made her unique.

Roxxi getting her head shaved is no big deal. The real crime is TNA considering effin' KAZ a suitable replacement for Kurt Angle.
Besides, Molly getting her head shaved was a much bigger travesty but at least she got a WM payday out of it.

Its not a big deal at all, its just her playing a bald character now. Typically its creative control's idea to repackage a character or reintroduce them to the audience, as they are currently doing with Nikki Roxx's character. That parts pretty obvious. Ergo the transformation shes currently going. Thus bringing fourth hair matches. Almost every time a hair match happens theres a storyline behind it. Almost all WWE hair vs hair matches in recent memory have been done for just this very purpose. At a TNA/WWE level you do what youre told to maintain your characters appearance. Youll also notice the likeness of characters is also trademarked. It is tiresome to watch hair matches even if it was up to Roxx. But I never said it wasnt Roxx' idea, but its highly highly doubtful for a contracted wrestler to tell creative I am going bald to defy the current character you made for me. Id have to say she was just following orders. But I dont know and neither do you for that matter. I just dont like hair vs hair matches, thats my opinion. But theyre going to happen. Believe me I'm not the only one upset. Orlando, people on another forum all got upset. The crowd in Orlando went absolutely silent and started chanting fire Russo and was dead from then on.

If anything the match was ruined completely when Angelina was added. Total No-No when trying to keep integrety inside of a wrestling ring. Interference can destroy what would be legendary matches. Not that Gial Kim vs Nikki Roxx was near that.. |

Gail didn't seem to care Roxxi until after she won. She is supposed to be the top babyface.

All that beautiful hair...gone. Well, it will grow back, but I could see it being upsetting to watch them shave it off. Well, if she comes back on the 5th, short hair and all she will still most likely get the biggest 'Nikki Roxx' chant ever heard.

For god's sakes they started chanting Fire Russo and Bullshit when Nikki lost. Hell Nikki losing even killed the LAX and Joe matches. Plus the other forums I'm on are completely outraged by Gail winning. When you have a worker that's so over like that it makes overness of your other works fall and they win and it's still overshadowed it's a bad thing. Other words Nikki was like the second coming of the Rock and was more over then the world champ.

It seems to me that the Shimmer ladies (Nikki Roxx, Melissa & Kong) are much more over than anything else that TNA has. TNA must be real happy that the May 1st edition of Impact, saw Melissa's match with Daizee Haze got a better rating than their main event got. As for that overrated team of Velvet Sky & Angelina Love, they should join those other so-called beautiful people. That would be in the WWE, along with their Diva counterparts. Neither can wrestle a lick, so they would fit right it with the WWE Divas. The fact that Vince Russo even has a job is HILARIOUS! TNA had better be careful. Fewer people are watching their show. There is no direction at all with TNA.

If anything, I'd say this plays in to the voodoo gimmick more. The character is a creepy, witch-like girl. If she's going to be a freak, going bald plays right in to it. |
