Wow, sorry to hear that, I hope she'll be ok. Me too *builds a campfire* come on vsavior let's sing a song for the Latina Sensation as for my opinions on Mercedes retiring, that would be like a Tiana Ringer all over again. However I think Mercedes is far more talented than Ringer. As for a WWE signing, I'm a proponent for her getting a contract, but I know the consequences if she does however. Either way as long as the Booty Vulture flies I'm happy.

The consequences of signing with WWE are not certain, just presumed. If she has the opportunity I support it.

I think Magnum G misunderstood my point from my previous post on this thread. The problem was that Mercedes was not a legal participant in the match at the time she was attacked and subsequently pinned. SHIMMER seems to pride itself on adhering to the proper rules and having a match of this magnitude end that way is a bit of a stain on its record.
Hopefully, Mercedes will be physically up-to-par very soon (if not by the next taping). She'll be in our thoughts and prayers until she returns.

She was in over her head and her ass got saaaaaaaaaaacked. Even the best referees slip up every now and then.

Mercedes was present at the WSU show last Saturday in a non-wrestling capacity. She was disappointed that she was not able to wrestle, but was otherwise in good spirits. She looked great and was hopeful to get the doctor's go-ahead to continue training in a couple of weeks.
It's too bad I won't get to see her in action this weekend, but hopefully she'll be on board for the holiday show in July.

I went to Shimmer expecting her not to be there, as I'm sure most people did. When her music played after Wesna came out, I couldn't believe it. It was a great surprise to see her return. Mercedes said that she wasn't supposed to be there, but her doctor cleared her 2 days before the show. That was a big highlight for me, among many others of 2 great shows. Welcome back MERCEDES!

I actually remember the friday after DP announcing about Mercedes's injury I met up with her to work on thelatinasensation.com and she said she hoped she could get cleared in time for SHIMMER, Well she got what she wanted, that's all that matters.
