Danger had the genius idea of scheduling a SHIMMER chat room gathering of sorts before the tournament weekend arrives.
We'll give this a shot both Wednesday and Thursday night this week to accomodate as many of you as possible. 7pm Central/8pm Eastern.
To join the SHIMMER chat, go to AOL/AIM private room "shimmerwrestling"

I can be there on either day. As long as I don't completely blank on AIM stuff because it's been FOREVER since I've tried accessing a chat room. How exactly do you do that with AIM anyway?

I'll try to make it for any evening it's held... if only to make sure Daaark doesn't make a fool of himself.

Don't have AIM. Not planning to get it. You will find that folks outside the US use MSN because AOL was not sold outside the US for many years. By the time it was brought here we were already using something else. One thing you could do is take something like Planet Mini Box and embed it on the website. That is a live chat app that doesn't require membership to AIM or anything else. You just register for PMB in the chat box. I think the url is www.planetminibox.com/ Oh I almost forgot. The Yahoo Group has a chat room. You need to install Java on your system first. But any member of the group can participate.
