A lot of places need Lacey, but, as Del Rey found out, she has better things to do.

Don't know if she's signed a contract or what, but I guess they'll build to iPPV where Sara gets Maria one on one.

Wouldn't a mixed tag match make more sense to limit Maria's role; we know Del Rey can go with any male wrestler.

I wonder what Sinclair's view on women vs men is since I can't remember the last time ROH had any kind of inter gender match.

Which is a pity, I really thought having Chris Hero & Sara as the RoH Intergender Tag Champs could have been pretty awesome if they kept going with it

I recall the match where it was Sara Del Rey and The King of Wrestling taking on The Briscoes and Amazing Kong in the main event back in 2010 sometime.

Supercard of Honor V in May 2010, I believe. That was before Sinclair owned the company, though.

ROH returns to Baltimore, MD & The Du Burns Arena on Friday night August 3rd of another set of “Ring of Honor Wrestling” TV Tapings and already announced are a World Title match between champion Kevin Steen & challenger Homicide, the opening round of the World Tag Title tournament, and Kyle O'Reilly taking on Tony Kozina. Now ROH officials have signed on three new matches, including a TV Title challenge, and added a special stipulation to a fourth. “The Queen of Wrestling” Sara Del Rey vs. Princess Mia Yim You can call this one a battle of wrestling royalty as the most dominant female to ever step into an ROH ring returns to action for the first time in awhile to battle one of the most promising women's wrestlers competing today. Sara Del Rey took on all comers for years, putting down the likes of Amazing Kong, Daizee Haze, & Mschif just to name a few but it has been a bit since the ROH faithful last saw her compete. In that time Del Rey has only trained harder, traveling the world to face the best competition be it man or woman, and has only gotten better. Mia has seen very little in-ring action since debuting in ROH with The Embassy but that fact is that she too is increasingly world traveled, having spent a great deal of time in Japan in the last year, and fighting around the United States also against both men & women alike. The Princess will have to pull out every trick she has in her bag to go toe-to-toe with The Queen, but a victory in Baltimore would announce to the world that Mia Yim has arrived. They're finally using Mia in the ring. Can't wait for this.

Mia had a match with MsChif in ROH. That match happend right after SinClair bought ROH if I remember. It was just on a house show though. They really need to use Veda Scott at some point too as a wrestler.
