I had no idea who Crazy Mary Dobson was before this, but I have to say that if I lived anywhere near Dallas, she would have just talked me into the building with that promo. I hope she wins the whole thing.  Melissa WAS the heart of SHIMMER from about Volume 17 to Volume 48, but that started to change for me during the feud with Saraya (where Saraya was really the face if you knew their history), and then we had the weird heel turn on 57. I don't see her going all the way. My gut tells me Nicole Savoy will take it, but I'll be pulling for Mary and Veda Scott. |

Nicole Savoy's got a bright future. And how about neither Melissa nor Nicole Matthews making it to the final? It was Nicole S., Heidi, and Candice. That was a surprise to me. They really were looking a few years ahead with this one. |

I loved the whole tournament, because of a lack of free time it took me a few days to watch all the matches. I would have liked Crazy Mary or Cheerleader to make the final, but having watched the final now I couldn't have replaced any of the three competitors who made it there. All of the matches were solid throughout, the crowd was brilliant and the commentary was great.
I look forward to rewatching it when the dvd comes out.
