Has anyone or if not, would anyone make a comprehensive list of all Shimmer face/heel turns during its existence in order with volumes? I know theres an old thread but that's over 2 years old so... yeah... Thanks

Okay here goes...
1) Volume 3 Rebecca Knox turns heel in her debut match by faking an injury against Alison Danger
2) Volume 6 Nikita who wrestled as a babyface against Lacey on volume 5 wrestlers as a heel against Daizee Haze
3) Volume 8 Cheerleader Melissa turns babyface and sides with MsChif as they both have issues with Lacey and Rain.
Also though it doesn't count it looked like Mercedes was turning heel until her injury
4) Volume 9 Cindy Rogers turns heel on Alison Danger and helps the Experience beat them in a tag match
5) Volume 9 In the very next match Portia Perez turns heel and hits Josie with her yellow chain to win the match
-It should be pointed out that Sarah Stock, while more of a face than heel, could be viewed as a tweener
6) Volume 19 Sara Del Rey completes the heel turn she hinted at on the previous two volumes and comes out in a new look and attacks Ariel after the opening match
-Also Mercedes returned on this volume as a face with no mention of the heel-ness she displayed in volume 8
7) Volume 23 Wesna Busic turns heel by joining up with Annie Social and cheating to beat Melissa.
8) Sparkle before Volume 25 Kimberly Kash was tag partners with Sassy Steph on Sparkle priot to Volume 23, but here she's facing Steph and turned face I assume!
9) Volume 27 Daffney turns heel by walking out on Rachel Summerlyn during a tag match against Jetta & Rain
10) Volume 28 Amazing Kong turns babyface, or tweener, by showing respect to MsChif after the main event
11) Volume 29 Daizee Haze turns heel by attacking Ohata after losing the match against her
12) Volume 30 Madison Eagles turns heel by cheating to defeat Melissa in a #1 contenders match
13) Volume 36 Not sure about this one, but I think Daffney turned back face by saying she was proud of Rachel as if her heel turn was just to motivate her.
14) Volume 41 Nevaeh turns heel by interupting her ex partners interview segment and demanding a match against Lane. Then cheating to win it.
15) Volume 43 Britani Knight turns face after Saraya attacks her after she lost to McKay. Britani stands up to her Mum and turns babyface.
16) & 17) Volume 44 Athena turns face and Mercedes turns heel. After they wrestled to a double count out last time, Mercedes snaps and attacks Athena with a chair. Double turn!
18) Volume 47 Questionable one this. Looking at Sparkle results Rhia O'Reiley appears to have been a babyface then, but here she debuts on the actual show as a heel.
-Note it looks like Sara Del Rey was on the verge of a babyface turn with the team with Rush, but she got signed by the WWE and this never happened.
19) Sparkle Volume 49 Another sparkle only turn! Angelus Layne appeared to be a face in her first sparkle matches, but now is a heel against Sweet Cherie in this sparkle match. Well, I think she is anyway.
20) Volume 49 Taylor Made turns heel by forming Made in Sin with Allysin Kaye
21) Volume 50 Cherry Bomb was face in Sparkle, but here in a DVD debut shes a heel. She doesn't do much heeling, but you can tell she's on her way to becoming one.
22) Volume 50 Kellie Skater's babyface turn was a slow one where the fans slowly got behind her. She had the full crowd support behind her in the next match against Saraya, but I think the face turn really began here with her match against Ohka. I think they may have shook hands after too.
23) Volume 52 Tomoka Nakagawa forms 3G with Kellie Skater and turns face. Doesn't stop her cheating right away though...
24) Sparkle prior to Volume 54 After being a heel (I think!) in her first Sparkle match Heidi Lovelace is a face in her 2nd one by taking on Layne
--) Sparkle priot to volume 56 Marti Belle, previously a heel is facing Angelus Layne, who was a face-then-a-heel-now-a-?? in a Sparkle match. I'm not going to count this one as I am too confused! Perhaps this is Shimmer's first heel vs heel match?
25) Volume 57 Melissa turns heel during Danger's retirement match.
26) Volume 64 Veda Scott turns heel on new partner Leva Bates after tag match

Lol, I was just trying to be as "comprehensive" as possible as per the OP's wishes.
Ignoring Sparkle we have
1) Rebecca Knox. Face > Heel 2) Nikita. Face > Heel 3) Cheerleader Melissa. Heel > Face 4) Cindy Rogers. Face > Heel 5) Portia Perez. Face > Heel 6) Sara Del Rey. Face > Heel 7) Wesna Busic. Face > Heel 8) Daffney. Face > Heel 9) Amazing Kong. Heel > Face 10) Daizee Haze. Face > Heel 11) Madison Eagles. Face > Heel 12) Nevaeh. Face > Heel 13) Britani Knight. Heel > Face 14) Athena. Heel > Face 15) Mercedes Martinez. Face > Heel 16) Taylor Made. Face > Heel 17) Kellie Skater. Heel > Face 18) Tomoka Nakagawa. Heel > Face 19) Cheerleader Melissa. Face > Heel 20) Veda Scott. Face > Heel
I left out the Daffney possible face turn as it was her last appearence in Shimmer. I kept Kong's as she did have one final match against Mia Yim and didn't act heelish in it... Though she really is above the face/heel divide.
So out of the 20 turns only 6 have turned face. If you exclude Daffney's face turn then Melissa is the only one to turn and then turn back.

Havok appeared to be turning face at 66 thanks to Portia's wrench.

I thought she was going to turn face when she answered Madison Eagle's challenge too.
I guess we'll see if she returns now that she's in TNA.

One thing I always wondered about and wonder again after rewatching it this weekend is on Vol 1 Melissa seemingly came out as a face against a heel MsChif. Wouldn't that count as a double switch due to Melissa's excessive rulebreaking and Chif playing the face-in-peril gaining crowd sympathy?

Wasn't MsChif usually a heel in IWA Mid-South and NWA Midwest at this time?
With Cheerleader Melissa being relatively unknown to the Chicago audience, the fans probably thought that she must be the face then.

We brought Melissa in at IWA Mid-South earlier that year, so a lot of fans in this area were already familiar with her.
In 2004/2005 MsChif was portrayed as a loner who had no allies. That was supposed to eventually lead to Dark Angel coming in as her only friend, forming a team. I ended up leaving before it could come together.

I'd be confused too seeing as she was high fiving fans but what are ya gonna do.
