I've just come up with the nickname for the Saraya and Rhia tag team on the spot.
But to be honest if those two teams did join up; we all know how out of control Melissa has been ever since turning heel, Saraya was already a few fries short of a happy meal, Rhia, under Saraya's "guidance" could very well become as big of a monster as her mentor and Mercedes could probably be the most stable one of the team, which says a lot.
I don't think it's as daft as it may seem because ever since Saraya and Melissa buried the hatchet back in England, I've always wanted to see the two team up and become the ultimate heel team, however since Mercedes was Melissa's partner in crime and Saraya took her fellow UK native Rhia under her wing, maybe the four of them could be the ultimate Shimmer heel stable.
When Tomoka retires (which really does suck) maybe Rhia and Saraya could get the Shimmer Tag Team Championships?

Some of those names were pretty clever in my opinion. Jeri-Show was pretty clever and it's not like it's an overused trope in Shimmer, I think the only official tag team that does the melding names into one would be Kimber-Bombs. |

I think some kind of interaction between Melissa and Saraya (one way or another) would be a good way to further flesh out where Melissa actually stands as a character. Personally, I like considering Melissa's turn as being pushed to the brink by Saraya and Ninjas and winding up exceeding their evilness. The last taping already had a microcosm of that with LuFisto's dabbling into a dark place but catching herself with Saraya in her ear. Portia often talked about how terrified even she is around Saraya, so more heel interaction with Melissa might be fruitful. Mercedes as her Arn Anderson is pretty cool, getting into her motivation would be interesting too.
I totally agree that Rhia should be elevated under Saraya, but I think a tag run with the KimberBombs would be aces. I think now is the time to make the mid card heels more legit as title contenders while a heel still had the title. Outside of Matthews, Mercedes and past champions, there's less credible heel contenders than face contenders, especially if Havok and Storm go babyface. Rhia, Neveah and Veda stand to gain a lot of ground in a hurry. probably wouldn't hurt to turn one of the Joshi regulars heel either, literally all of them are babyfaces now.

I think a tense alliance between Melissa and Saraya would be interesting to watch. I'd definitely be interested.
As far as the tag titles, KimberBombs is a very interesting name in the mix. They've definitely got their act down and are awesome to watch. I don't know if now would be their time, though. I think they need a bit more to be established. I think they'd be highly entertaining as a team that, more or less, stumbles into the tag titles and are somewhat reluctant champions. Like Norman Smiley with the Hardcore Title. He wins and realizes... I won! Which immediately turns into...oh crap. I won.

I think blended names don't get much better than MellissChif, but this sounds like an interesting direction if they take it, especially since a group that big is unusual for Shimmer, and there's tons of different ways they could spin it, even recent examples like Valkyrie and The Shield not to mention all the Chikara ones and old school ones as well. By the way, Ruffles, love the BNB avatar. I love BNB and think he's a lot more fun to watch and a really unique competitor. I wish WWE had a black guy half that good on the roster these days. At least the black Divas are pretty good minus Cameron. The men are talented but dead boring. But that's a bit of a digression I suppose.

Every SHIMMER tag team needs time to be established in order to carry the straps, 3G has beaten everyone. I think October will be a good time to not only elevate the future champs and future rival team but to assemble a few teams with the lower card ladies and see who catches fire. I think Vanessa Kraven and Angie Skye would make a good big person/smaller person heel tag team. Evie and KLR both have a very high-tempo and fun energy that could be very Rockers-ish.

BenIfer, BradGelina, all of that needs to stop. Fonzie has jumped the shark. and Big Show was always in those types of teams since Show-Gunns with Billy Gunn in 2001. But JeriShow also had the Babyfaces of DX making homoerotic jokes about them when Jericho got booted off RAW over and over again and Miz became Show's partner. But going to the super stable bit, Could it happen yeah, but you also have 3 girls that can lead. Just Keep them separate. Auto Parts ("O-O-O-O'Reillyyyyyyyyyy") can stay with Saraya and the M&M Express can stay together. that is unless MM loses the NCW FF title in August and Melissa ends up a cog in the wheel of her losing the belt. |
