4th joshi is Ice Ribbon's ICE×∞ Champion, Tsukasa Fujimoto.

In Revolution Pro Wrestling, Nicole Savoy wrestles as Kianna Rivera. She could always use that name, I suppose.

I saw Ozaki, Yoneyama, and Fujimoto wrestle in Chikara in 2011. AKINO is the one joshi who has not wrestled in USA previously (someone check that). I'm happy that all four are making SHIMMER debuts.

There are live spoilers on Twitter under #AAWSHIM.
There was no Sparkle due to camera issues, but instead Bambi Hall and KC Cassidy were put onto the main show (I assume they were meant to be Spaklers anyway.)
Match #1- The Kimber Bombs bt Hall & Cassidy. With this match the Kimber Bombs are now into the top 10 of tag teams that have wrestled the most matches in Shimmer for what that's worth!
Match #2- Heidi Lovelace bt Nicole Savoy Savoy said to have impressed everyone in her debut.
Match #3- Sasst Steph bt Crazy Mary Dobson
Match #4- Athena bt Nikki Storm It was a #1 contenders match for a triple threat at the next volume with the champion and whoever wins the 2nd #1 contenders match at the next volume. I don't think Melissa's reign will end at the next volume and want Athena to win the belt so it's a shame for me that Athena won!
Match #5- Portia Perez bt Courtney Rush via DQ Havok runs out to attack Perez causing a DQ. Does this mean that she's turned face?

I'm just going to post my thoughts in this one post all night lol.
*Match #6 Nevaeh vs Jenny Rose!
Jamila Craft returns for the first time since volume 40!
Guess we have #41 women on the roster today then with Hall & Cassidy making the live shows and Rose's return? ----- Nevaeh wins! Suprising, but good for Nevaeh.
Match #7 Mayumi Ozaki vs Saraya Knight- No DQ.
Eastman said all of Ozaki's matches have to be no DQ or she wouldn't come to Shimmer. Awesome idea. Making it no DQ can cover up for any of the speed Ozaki may have lost since her prime. ---- I'm guessing we are going to get 3G vs two Joshis and Matthews vs 4th Joshi. Guess that leaves Madison Eagles, Evie & Mia Yim without a match. I'll go with Evie vs Eagles. Dunno about Yim maybe KLR? ---- Ozaki wins and shakes hand with Saraya and they go to the bar. Oh dear if them too get on the same page everyone's in for a world of hurt! New tag team? Eeek! Watch out 3G!
Match #7 is actually Evie vs KLR should be awesome. Maybe Mia will face Nicole and Eagles will face a Joshi in what logically should be the other #1 contenders match. ---- I forgot about Lufisto! Okay I reckon she faces Madison and loses (though that will give us Eagles battling Melissa again assuming Kana loses, which is a bit played out at this point). Maybe a Mia/Matthews/Joshi triple threat? ---- Oh and Candice LeRay too. Have her face Matthews then.
Evie wins what was said to be, as expected, an awesome match. You know I wouldn't mind Evie becoming Shimmer champion. She's incredible and looks like a star. The Brits go 0-3 on this volume!
Match #9 is Rhia vs Lufisto! Can the British isles get a victory at last! Probally not...
So assuming the Joshi girls get a title shot we have Joshi#4/Matthews/Eagles/Yim to fit on the card and possibly Candice and Kraven too. Hmmm, 6 pack challenge? lol ---- Oh and Havok! God this roster is loaded! ----
Lufisto wins and is attacked by Ozaki and Saraya... oh Jesus, this pairing is happening! I dunno if this happened but if they were hanging out in the bar this whole time and then decided to attack Lufisto that would be the funniest thing ever. Guess that sets up LuKana vs Saraya/Ozaki for the next volume. Guessing Melissa retains later. Wonder if Saraya and Ozaki are going to be the ones to defeat 3G for the belts?
Match #10 is Madison vs Matthews. A rematch one year on from their 20 minute draw! Can Matthews end Madison's streak? Though Eagles can lose via DQ or count out I guess. This Matthews/Eagles feud has been facsinating thus far.
We are going to get at least 12 matches this volume so maybe Yim, Candice and the Joshi not in the tag match will miss this volume? Though they could do a triple threat or 4 way for the tag belts. Something like 3G vs Joshis vs Mia/Bates vs Kraven/Havok. Though that still leaves a Joshi out. ----
Madison vs Matthews ends with Madison being pinned while Matthews taps out at the same time! Both women go through to face Yokozuna at Wrestlemania! Athena & the champion at Volume 68. Come on Athena!! I guess Madison's streaks ended? Though it was a draw.
Speaking of streaks Kellie Skater's record breaking 13 victories in a row is in doubt next!
Match #11 is 3G & Yim vs Fujimoto, Yoneyama & AKINO! Come on Skater! ----
And Kellie's streak ends as the Joshi girls pick up the victory! It what was said to be an amazing match. With this, KLR/Evie and Nicole/Eagles this looks like an awesome volume. Skater & Nakagawa vs Fukimoto & Yoneyama signed for Volume 68. I think Saraya & Ozaki are going to be the ones to dethrone 3G though. I think Saraya will do what Del Rey did and become the 2nd woman to win both belts.
Up next Kana vs Melissa. I'm rooting for Kana! ----
Melissa retains!
So that sets up Cheerleader Melissa vs Athena vs Nicole Matthews vs Madison Eagles, 3G vs Fujimoto & Yoneyama and I guess Ozaki & Saraya vs LuKana and Portia vs Havok, though maybe Rush will face Havok first. Perhaps Perez will come out and try to appease Havok by helping her beat Rush and mess it up and hit Havok again! Maybe Buddy System vs Sassy/Nevaeh too.

Vol 67, Match 11 was just great: high energy, athleticism, charisma and some snazzy costumes. I honestly thought I could have walked away after that one and felt like I got my money's worth. Crazy to see Dave and I assume Portia doing live commentary. The whole night felt epic. Haven't seen the likes of it since the garish vol 41-44 where Dave said never again! Many standout performances and I noticed lots of improvement at least since the last available taped volumes.
I miss those regulars who couldn't wrestle this one but see good things from the rest including many standout newcomers. Probably have more to say after I have rested and gotten a chance to process it all.
Congratulations Matthews on making another heel champion. As long as it means we get more of her annoying voice and goofy facial expressions (and of course I mean those as compliments to her character) That works.
Sorry I won't see Sunday and I hope Eagles is okay. She really sold that fireball and it smelled like burnt hair something awful. Also hope the guys who got their knees/shins smashed by a steel barricade being hit by a 200 lbs. Kraven are okay.
Blessings and Safe journeys to you all!

Ps I am shocked Vanessa and Jessicka didn't get a draw and form a tag team. Like Mena Libra and Melanie Cruise but more serious.
Saraya dropped the S-bomb. Poor Miss Natural had to substitute 'effin' to make room for it apparently in the pg expectation.

Still coming to try and understand the lengths Nicole took to win the title. When a rollup holding the tights could have been sneaky enough, no, the Ninjas thought FIREBALL. Nicole wasn't winning the title in a normal cheap way. Nope, her title win had to be memorable, an all time SHIMMER moment. And that could easily have gone wrong, Hogan/Warrior 2 style. That night two years back at Cigars and Stripes paid off big time, with Portia the mastermind. Somehow, an angry Eagles won't be the best to deal with.
Personally, I preferred Volume 67. So many great matches, at least five of them. 68 also had Evie/Yim and the tag title match, and KLR/Lee was really good as well. 68 was kinda affected by running late after the technical delays between shows, with the fans dragging a bit.
That Volume 69 card looks pretty tasty, let's see how the Era of Matthews kicks off.
