I love Hailey! She had years of big-time wrestling in Japan, including the JWP title. I think she held four belts at the height of her career. She would have been considered a gaijin wrestler (foreigner) even though she spoke Japanese well and lived in the country for years. Other gaijin that have spent months in country are Dark Angel (Sarah Stock), Jenny Rose, and Kellie Skater. Like Hailey, Sarah has also spent time in Mexico and speaks Spanish well too. Same, I would've loved to see Hatred and Kyoko Kimura, The Kimura Monster Army take on the 3G, hell Kimura and Hatred could've taken the Shimmer Tag Straps back to Japan, although I think Heel Hailey couldn't work for Shimmer because it's a 'Family show' so she couldn't tell people to **** themselves.

If she has to tell people to go **** themselves to be heel then she's no better than Amy Lee and she is much than her. The thing is a lot of what Hailey does that gets her booed in Japan will get her cheered in the USA and Shimmer.

REINA/WNC sponsored the Joshi+Jam Manila event yesterday in the Philippines to introduce pro wrestling to that sports-crazy nation. Tajiri used his Filipino-Japanese champion, Syuri, as the magnet to get Filipino fans in the door. Syuri's opponent was none other than REINA roster member, Mia Yim. The two squared off in a main event match lasting 12:25 and Syuri finished Mia with a roundhouse kick to the head after Mia had tried a package piledriver on Syuri earlier. Syuri -- who would be a dream SHIMMER competitor -- wore new gear in the colors of the Philippines' flag. The match is the second exotic international destination that Mia Yim has traveled to in the past three months. In November she went to Ecuador to job for Ivelisse. One of the many things I love about Mia Yim is her spirit of adventure.

Syuri is awesome. I too think she would be a great addition to the Shimmer roster, but I'd ask Nakagawa, Hamada, Kana, Matsumoto and Shida first and if one of them couldn't make it Syuri (or returns from Ray and Leon) would be great.

Would it be fair to say that Kimura Monster Army are the polar opposite of 3G, kinda like Bizzaro and Superman, this was also a great match, which is to be expected from Hailey and Kyoko.

Found this gem which features Hailey showing why she's the worlds greatest manager.

It's been announced today that Yuhi is retiring at age 19. That sucks as I thought she was awesome. Kind of wonder now if Reina regret giving her that massive push in the Nova vs Stalwarts match and having her eliminate Manami Toyota, Takako Inoue and Dynamite Kansai when they coukd have given it to Manami Katsu, Sareee, Syuri or Shida.

Well, you never know before until after, and there it was, gone.

If you run a promotion out of fear that people might leave after you push them, there's a pretty decent chance you get a fed like WWE.

As much as I respect Hailey and, as far as I'm concerned, she can do what she wants because she's entertained me so much in Japan and the US, but she's disappeared of the face of the earth, you think that she'd inform people about if she's okay because if she doesn't want to wrestle or is taking a hiatus that's fine, and call me paranoid but I'm worried that something could've happened to her even though she's probably fine, it's just a nagging feeling in the back of my mind.

I'm sure the people closest to her know she's OK. She's entitled to a private life.

I wish people would stop exaggerating her "disappearing." It wasn't a "disappearance." I don't know what that means in other places, but we use that word when we need to get the police involved here, that is clearly not the case.
She quit social media months before she left Japan and it was completely unrelated to her leaving Japan. She was never active on social media in the first place. She quit because she was tired of reading people whine on Facebook and guys asking her to sit on their face on Twitter. That's a quote, by the way. Again, she rarely ever used them. I've said and "reported" this multiple times, well before she left Japan.
She left Japan for the same reason she left Japan for a bit a couple of years ago and stayed in the States for quite a while, wrestling for SHIMMER, AIW, NCW:FF, and RCW. Remember that? Well the only difference now is she wasn't quite as interested in wrestling during her time off as she was last time. She didn't retire. She didn't disappear and it had nothing to do with her Twitter. Relax with the hyperbole and speculation.
