Pretty good to hear and props to Betsy/Rosie for dropping over 100lbs. Not that she looked bad then but she now looks like a serious threat as Shine's newest monster heel.

Just what SHINE needs, more heels.

^ Couldn't agree more.
I am curious to see how she is in the ring after all this time.

I was wondering how this Shine show would be - no Ivelisse, no Nevaeh, no Heidi Lovelace, no La Rosa Negra. And, not being much of a Santana fan, I didn't have high hopes for the main event. Once again, though, Shine's strong story-telling and character development paid off in delivering a cohesive and really enjoyable show. All show long I was thinking, "Man, there needs to be a much stronger force in the baby-face world, because they're just getting wolloped by all the heel factions - Valifornia, Valkyrie, Legendary" - and what do they do, but come out with an answer to that problem with the returning Jessika Havok looking like she could kick the asses of every one of the heel factions all by her own self. The matches themselves tonight were good to great - again, the strong character development paid off so that even moves were glitchy it made it seem more like a real fight rather than taking me out of the mood of the match. I might be one of the few here that really like Legendary as the tag-team champs. They earn it every time out, in my view - and the 6-woman war with Legandary & ThunderKitty vs Kimber Bombs and Leah Von Dutch was a great match - Leah being the star of the whole thing. The main event certainly exceeded my expectations. At about the 10-minute mark, Santana lost her head-band and her smile and turned up the intensity and it was great to see. Santana without the pasted-on smile is a much more empathetic character for me. She should toss that AND her head-band and just embrace the bad-ass wrestling babe that she really is. It looks like she'll be wrestling her former partner Amber Gallows at the next Shine show, whenever that will be.

Thought it was a pretty enjoyable show as well despite missing several regulars. Great to see Jessica James in the mix, hope she becomes a mainstay here, good stuff from her and Taylor. Athena/Allysin was real good, both came off strong. Always like seeing Latasha. Cherry/Kimber/Leah look awesome together, Leah shined for sure. I also like Legendary as tag champs. Not really feeling Mia as champ, still seeming out of nowhere from tag champ to Shine champ, but main event was pretty good and Santana was pretty impressive, as she often is when given the chance.

Looks good. I hope that Santana vs Amber continues the intensity that Santana showed vs Mia. And the return of Nevaeh, La Rosa Negra, Crazy Mary Dobson & especially Ivelisse bring all kind of opportunities for them to make it a special show. Hopefully they'll set up some great stuff that they can bring to the WWN Supershow in San Jose.

I assume they have. They used to talk about the long production times, but it's way over a year since thier last DVD was releasd now.

They have never officially said that they were dropping DVD's, but they're pretty intent on pushing people to buying digital, and the Roku Channel, and that's where they have put their resources. Apparently they're not hearing the demand with Shine as they have been with Evolve, though even with Evolve they have only put out DVD's for the August 2014 shows.

I'd be fine with digital if you could download high quality MP4s or whatever, like you can with Smart Mark.

Ivelisse has her ankle in a cast. She broke it last week. I can't see her being ready to go on March 6. Nevaeh is wrestling her first match back from a knee injury tomorrow at WSU -- we will have to see how that goes as well.
