Folks, just a quick update to say that this evening we've agreed a deal with a certain website to host this show and future episodes. This site will also allow streaming, downloading and subscribing to the show via iTunes, and we shouldn't have any issues with bandwidth any more, and the site should help keep the profile of the show up.
I'm very pleased with this development, and it should be upped on the new site within the next 24hrs. I don't see any particular reason to keep the identity of the site secret, but just in case everything goes pear-shaped for some reason, I'll wait until it's up before I let you all know.

Will the same iTunes subscription work or will we have to resubscribe?

Will the same iTunes subscription work or will we have to resubscribe? It'll be a resubscribe, I'm afraid. The files will be held in a different location from tomorrow. Sorry for the inconvenience

I'll handle this one, seeing as I'm online.
As steesh has noticed, Women of Wrestling has embarked on a partnership with Diva-Dirt.com, who will be hosting the WoW show for you to download or stream from the site.
I for one am really excited about this development, as Diva-Dirt has a strong ethos towards promoting and discussing women's wrestling, and is as eager to promote it and see it improve just as much as stew and I are, though this sentiment could easily be shared among everybody else on the SHIMMER forum.
As stew says, anyone who's previously subscribed to the Podbean site will need to do so all over again at Diva-Dirt. Apologies for that, but as things bed in, these tweaks and adjustments should fall to an absolute minimum.

Good news about the bandwidth. One other problem though: you guys don't sound nearly as British when you are posting. Is there anyway you can fix that? You don't need to go as far as, say, Irvine Welsh, but a bit more Grant Morrison would be welcome.

Congrats on the move guys, the quantity of people who go to Diva Dirt regularly is another great way for you two, to get the Shimmer and WoW name out there. Good luck.

Also look... they've made us cool graphics!! Interesting choice of fonts. Seems more "hot nude girls" than "women of wrestling." I enjoyed the Danger interview.

As for the font, you've got a point, but both Lee and I independently thought "Hmmm... it's got a bit of a 'Beautiful People' vibe to it... this is clearly a WIN". Plus, the DD main logo has got a silhouette of a female figure on it, so y'know... we're fine with it.

I don't think either of them are from Scotland so it may be a bit of an ask, or it could lead to some horrendously bad impersonations.
