At first I thought...who is this chick who doesn't look like she even weighs 100 pounds...then I saw her wrestle, heard her talk, and saw her "indestructible" personality shine brightly, and now I am a fan of the Rate Tank.
I can proudly say that haha

Same. At first I couldn't get past how generic her attire looked but then when I saw her wrestle and heard her talk I fast became a fan. I'm still trying to work out what a rate tank is. I'm a bad Australian who stays inside and watches American and British TV so I'm not down with the latest Aussie slang. Lol.

I believe it was said a few pages back or so that a "Rate Tank" is supposed to be a "Ratte Tank" which is supposed to mean its a "Great Tank"...or something like that. I honestly think she just picked that nickname so that we all would try to figure it out...that might be it...you never know haha

As Kellie explained to myself and apparently several other people, "Rate" is slang used in Victoria, Australia that translates to "very." So, she's "The Very Tank" Kellie Skater.

I'd hazard a guess, but this is purely conjecture, that the way Victorians say "rate" is their accented version of the North English "right" to mean very. As in, "she's right clever that lass" to mean "she's a very clever girl."

As in, "she's right clever that lass" to mean "she's a very clever girl." I think this is quite accurate! I think it's derived from someone saying 'I rate this highly' to where rate is a colloquialism for something that's awesome. I'm heading to a local show on Friday night to see Kellie vs Jessie. Looking forward to it.
