Hello, my name is Craig. I have been a fan of Shimmer since watching my first volume (14) back in 2008 at a Wrestlemania weekend party in Houston, TX. First match I ever saw was from Vol 14, Daizee Haze vs MsChif, and I have been a fan ever since. I finally got to go to an actual tapping last October (2011), and had such a wonderful time, I decided to come back to actually live in the Chicagoland area. Ok, job possibilies and such also factored into that (HEH), but having Shimmer local to me was a huge plus. I will be there for the March 2012 tapings as well, and to all those who are curious, being live and the afterparties make any trip to come worth the effort. You will not be disappointed by it at all.

Hi,
My name is Nick, I'm 20 years old. I learned about SHIMMER a few years ago through Ring of Honor, but didn't pay much attention to it. I started watching old All Japan Women's Professional Wrestling shows from there and after a while, I decided to start paying more attention to an American women's wrestling promotion and SHIMMER came to mind. I've been a huge advocate for women's wrestling when most people I've known only knew about the WWE-style. I am from Eastern Ohio, though I'll be moving in later this year. I'm hoping that I'll have a chance to attend a SHIMMER event in the near future.

Hey there, I am Stuart from Scotland. I am a huge fan of Rain and the rest of the wrecking crew, as well as people like Jessie McKay, Portia, Nicole Matthews, Amber O'Neal and more. I have been a fan of Shimmer for quite some time now, really enjoying the 20's volumes with the growth of the tag division and alot of new American and Canadian talent; as well as the Home-Wreckers vs. Lane, Portia really stamping a name for herself and more.

I have been a wrestling fan since the early 1970s. Over the last 15 years there hasn't been much to be a fan of IMO, so wrestling took a bit of a back seat during that time. However, I stumbled upon Ring of Honor completely by accident last year, which rejuvenated my love of wrestling. Then, at the beginning of this year, as a direct result of discovering ROH, I learned about Shimmer. I am absolutely delighted to see a promotion that gives women's wrestling the respect and credibility it deserves, like it traditionally has been given in Japan. I am working my way through the Shimmer matches from the very beginning through ClickWrestle (on Vol. 2 at the moment), and enjoying it all very much. Between ROH and Shimmer, my enthusiasm for wrestling has been reborn. Keep up the great work with Shimmer Women Athletes! www.facebook.com/pages/Revolutionary-a-Biography-of-George-Waclaw-Spelvin/267945123229282

Hey, I'm Joe from Florida. I've been a fan of Shimmer since seeing a fanmade tribute video for Mschif/Cheerleader Melissa's FCA match and became an instant fan. Made the Shimmer Vol 14 show north of here in Inverness and that show has easily been the best live-experience I've ever had a show (with their main-event being my MOTY for 2007).
I'm a big fan of a lot of the wrestlers, my favorites atm are Jessie McKay and Athena but I look forward to every match this promotion puts forward, never disappointed. I absolutely need to go to another show again. I hope the planets will align to allow me the chance to make those Oct 2012 shows, so fingers crossed there (I'm interested in trying this "Blue M************ challenge").
Also, a quick view of this forum literally a week ago introduced me to Ringbelles and their podcast, which I have since added to Itunes and have a dozen episodes already downloaded. Glad for that.

Hi, I'm Kristine and I live in the northwest Indiana region. I've been a wrestling fan since the mid-'80s and, thanks to the Internet, I've been slowly starting to get into some indy feds. I heard about Shimmer just a few weeks ago and checked out some videos of some of the wrestlers and liked what I saw. I had no idea it was based out of Berwyn so I might be getting a ticket to the October show when I get my next paycheck.

The SHIMMER live experience is one of the more awesome things out there.

Hey guys, I'm Cory and I'm relatively new to SHIMMER fandom. I've been really enjoying the volumes I've seen so far (Vol. 1, 4, 6, 19, 33, 39, and 44). My favorite SHIMMER wrestlers are MsChif, Sara Del Ray, Courtney Rush, Kellie Skater, and Mercedes Martinez.
I look forward to chatting with you fine folks on here.

Hello, folks.
I'm relatively new to the Shimmer business, but old to the wrestling biz. I'm probably best known for a column I wrote for Online Onslaught back in the day (http://www.oowrestling.com/columns/hocking/index.shtml).
I'm excited to be attending my first Shimmer event in October now that I'm finally freed up to follow American Indys a bit more these days.
