Right, I'm getting to the point of finally booking my flights and hotel. Just called the Plank Road Inn, they definitely have rooms available for SHIMMER Weekend, but they're around $5 a room more than the Rodeway Inn. However, the Plank Road Inn is closer to the Eagles Club. Should I just go to the Plank Road Inn and not worry about paying around $20 or so more?

First Joshi announced tomorrow - it's a return to SHIMMER, but a debut for Femmes Fatales. Which narrows it down to Ohata (probably not), Kurihara (maybe), Matsumoto, Kana (pretty likely), Leon or Ray.

They get their shows out pretty quickly thanks to Smart Mark Video, and you can also download or stream them as well. Very useful.

Evie just beat Jessie to win the PWWA Interim Title in what looked very much like it was a classic.

Seeing as I'm abroad, I like to cut down on buying DVDs, so the online format is perfect for me. My aim now is to only buy SHIMMER's DVDs from abroad, as I have a big collection built up. Everything else I will legally download. Just wish ROH would get on board with it.

I know this won't be it, but somehow, SHIMMERnetico just came into my head. Think about it...
Saraya, Portia, Nicole, Mercedes, Skater, Kay, Stephie & (let's say Hatred, she's not heel, but the rules of the match don't lend to it) vs. Melissa, Athena, Rush, McKay, Hamada, Kurihara, Kana & LuFisto
And the title's on the line. Saraya doesn't just need to worry about the opposing team, she also has to be concerned about the people on her own team. High drama, she will have to pull off the biggest trickery ever to keep her title.
Sure it takes out a chunk of the card, but a Cibernetico can easily go on for about two hours, so you'd only need about four or five undercard matches. Won't happen, but the idea was in my head for a bit.

Bill Apter was talking about the list's history on the Art of Wrestling last week - it's usually the Top 100 that's the most important, then it's a crapshoot from there... until #500, a position a load of indy guys actually want.

Bit more of a clarification there - she's in based on her victories over men in Chikara. They're not counting her woman vs. woman matches.

She's pretty good, if a little green. She's out of the School of Roc, and is now a regular in OVW.
