She's the Rate Tank. She's from the most awesomest place on Earth. Despite giving up her dumbbells and roo roids, she's still made of pure adamantium. From her very first performances in SHIMMER (which I saw live), she was over with the crowd and her wrestling skills have only gotten better since. I spoke with her for about ten minutes at the 23/24 after-party, and while I don't recall much of our conversation I do remember the positive, professional vibe I got from her. I felt she had a lot of potential but she has far exceeded everyone's expectations here. She has shown loyalty and dedication to SHIMMER, she had an electric face turn on the 49-52 tapings, and she lit the tag team division on fire with Tomoka Nakagawa who has since retired. On Volume 79, she joined SHIMMER champ Madison Eagles to beat Team Perez. And she has never had a one-on-one shot at the title. I like her chances.

Probably the most improved in all of Shimmer's history and now I see her as a Ricky Steamboat figure. I can't imagine her turning heel again.

Someone in the past mentioned something about Kellie's attitude (face or heel) being instrumental in her success. No matter how many times she ran off at the mouth, and challenged superior competition only to get squashed, she never stopped believing she was the greatest thing on Earth. If you look at it that way, she really is "indestructible", and over time we've come to love her for it.
I imagine first she would have to beat Melissa, who has always been SHIMMER's unofficial gatekeeper to title contention, or maybe the previous champ Nicole Matthews, to get a crack at Madison. Has SHIMMER ever had a one-on-one title change where both challenger and champion were faces or heels? The only one I can remember is Chif vs. Del Rey, where Del Rey was getting boos and slowly turning but not an actual heel yet. xD
