Would you be interested if we were to organize regular (maybe monthly) SHIMMER fan get togethers in Chicago? It seems like Tara/Victoria would be interested in hosting some SHIMMER DVD viewing parties at her new restaurant in Chicago called The Squared Circle, and we'd be happy to help drive some customers her way in the process of gathering there. Please reply and let us know what you think of the idea, and how often you would be interested in attending something of this nature.

As not only a hardcore SHIMMER fan, but somebody who was a bit of a mad Victoria fanboy for a good decade or so; If I were in Chicago; I don't think I would ever miss such a get together by choice. My being in CA doesn't really help, but If I WERE out there... Yes!

Haven't been there yet, but if I recall right, it's not far from a red line stop, so I'd definitely be interested in a monthly thing. I know it won't be clashing with AAW, so sounds good to me.

I'm in! As I think about it, I could defintely commit to attending once per month. I also think a pre AAWSHIM viewing party on the Friday early afternoons would be a good regular option as well.

Depending on the scheduling I would be interested. I pushed Squared Circle in the travel thread because I've loved my visits there.

Squared Circle was on my list of places to hit this last trip, but arriving a day later than expected forced me to cut it. But if I were in the Chicago area, I'd be all for it.
