And people were complaining about the price. *rolls eyes*
The server only went down about five times with all the traffic. I don't think the change in price is going to hurt.

It seems a little weird to be buying tickets for my second SHIMMER trip when I haven't even been to my first yet. Given the high quality of the DVDs, I'm sure I'll have a great time. See you in three weeks. (And then again in July.)
I,also, was a bit concerned about my computer earlier.

I'm going to my first show in April (Gen Adm.) but I've already got my ticket for front row in July. If the DVD's are any indication, I think I'm going to get my money's worth. P.S. Thanks, Dave!

I got mine, and I'm rather thrilled. This will probably be my last Shimmer show before moving to the West coast, so I'm hyped to be back in the front row. Like Snickers, Shimmer always satisfies.

Like Snickers, Shimmer always satisfies. Great, now I have Paul Heyman in my head shouting "Hungry? CRUNCH THIS!!!" from seven years ago. Thanks for that.

I'm getting a sudden visions of an elderly janitor painting a huge MHWC sign in front of the Eagle's Club when Lacey arrives. "It's not MHWC, it's the MINNESOTA HOME WRECKING CREW! It's MNHWC! God, you are such an idiot! No, don't even talk to me!" Lacey leaves as the janitor looks forlornly at his sign and starts painting over it. Janitor: Dag-nabit... Narrator: Not going anywhere for a while? Grab a Snickers!

$50.00 sounds like a lot, but it really is a relatively small percentage of the total cost of seeing the show. With air fare, possibly hotel and car rental, and dining expenses, I don't think that the $50 tag is going to discourage the front row ticket seekers. If you add in the amounts going to the ladies for pictures and other paraphernalia, and to the company for DVD's, roster albums, and whatnot, the ticket price seems almost like an afterthought. For the local fans, $50 may seem like a lot of money, though. At least if you pay 50 bucks to this show you won't get hit by fireworks... First rule of business: if people pay for it, it's not too dear.

Well, I finally did it. I'm always nervous about traveling, but just reserved a ticket for my first SHIMMER show in July. Any recommendations as far as which hotels will have vacancies, and such? I know nothing about Berwyn.
