I was actually wondering if we would have gotten that tag title match in Shimmer (assuming Ohata is rotated back in). It could have main evented a show, but nonetheless should be a fantastic match.

Ohata won't be rotated back in. Dave said a while back that she wasn't keen on the travelling. A shame, but it's not for everyone.

Indeed very sad news, but quite understandable as well. I'll miss 3S, but at least they went out with a bang with an incredible match against Haze & Nakagawa on Volume 40.

SHIMMER TAG TEAM TITLES GO INTERNATIONAL!During 2011, the SHIMMER Championship was on the line outside of the United States for the first time when Madison Eagles defended it against Jessie McKay and Nicole Matthews at PWWA in Australia. This week will mark the first time that the SHIMMER Tag Team Championship will be on the line in a bout outside of the United States. In this case, the match will take place in Japan. SHIMMER Tag Team Champions Ayako Hamada & Ayumi Kurihara will put the belts on the line against former champions "Seven Star Sisters" Hiroyo Matsumoto & Misaki Ohata at the "Joshi 4 Hope III" event on February 22nd at Shinkiba 1st RING. Also featured on the card are SHIMMER competitors Kellie Skater, Tomoka Nakagawa, Yumi Ohka, and Courtney Rush.
